At SocialHunt, we want you to feel confident trying our product. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing work for subscriptions and related purchases.
By purchasing from SocialHunt, you agree to this policy.
1. Refunds
1.1 Subscription Refunds
You may request a refund for your SocialHunt subscription by contacting us by email or chat.
To help us improve, we may offer to schedule a short call to better understand your experience and see whether we can resolve the issue. This call is optional and is not required to receive a refund.
Refund requests are reviewed based on your account, purchase history, and usage. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
1.2 Non-Refundable Purchases
The following purchases are non-refundable:
- Credit purchases
- Credit top-ups
- Additional credit packs purchased during an active subscription
- One-time consulting, coaching, or strategy calls, where offered
- Any custom or done-for-you services, where offered
1.3 Conduct Violations
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service or Code of Conduct, any refund will be at SocialHunt’s discretion.
2. Cancellations
2.1 Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
2.2 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Billing
- You will be redirected to the Stripe billing portal, where you can manage or cancel your subscription
2.3 Access After Cancellation
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends.
2.4 No Future Charges
Once your cancellation is processed, you will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
2.5 Data Retention
We may retain account data for a limited period to support account restoration and account management. You may also contact support to request deletion in accordance with applicable law.

4. Changes to This Policy

5. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution terms set out in our Terms of Service.
