10. No Guarantees on Uptime

While we strive to provide reliable service, SocialHunt does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access. Downtime may occur for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons beyond our control.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from or related to the service must be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, and users waive the right to pursue class-action lawsuits against SocialHunt.

SocialHunt is intended for general social media management purposes. Users should not rely on the service for critical business operations, legal matters, or financial decisions.
